Capcom has revealed new details on this year’s Devil May Cry 4 remaster, revealing three new playable characters and confirming that the game will also arrive on PC.

Due to arrive digitally on PS4, Xbox One and PC this summer, Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition features “freshly powered-up” 1080p visuals and a 60fps frame rate, along with “improvements to the game tempo and balancing”.

Dante’s twin brother Vergil will also be playable, as will Trish and demon hunter Lady. Trish will be able to take on Dante’s missions in the main story, with Lady taking on Nero’s.

The console versions will feature the Legendary Dark Knight Mode introduced with the original PC release, too, which spawns more difficult enemies in greater numbers.

A price and exact release date have yet to be announced, but to see what DMC4 looks like on shiny new-gen consoles take a look at the trailer below.
