The PC version of hotly anticipated first-person parkour game Mirror’s Edge may not be out until next year, after US retailing giant Gamestop said it won’t ship until January.
While publisher EA has always insisted a winter release date for all versions of the DICE developed game, the general belief was that it would be out in time for Christmas this year.
As noted by bigdownload.com, Gamestop.com says that pre-orders for the PC version will ship on January 6, with the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions down for shipping on November 11.
In the UK, Game.co.uk has the PC version down for November 14 and the console versions down for November.
We’ve contacted EA for clarification. While you’re waiting, why not check out all the latest on Mirror’s Edge over at our game page?
