Late in November US PlayStation Magazine reported that Epic Games’ Unreal Tournament 2007 would be a PlayStation 3 launch title, but it appears that this information was not accurate. Over the weekend producer Jeff Morris (going by the forum alias War_Tourist) posted on the Atari Community Forums denying previous reports.
“PC first. We’re not scheduled to be a PS3 launch title, not certain where those news sites are getting that from. There will be a pre-release demo (on the PC at least),” said Morris.
Expect more news on Unreal Tournament 2007 throughout the year, with Epic’s title set to be one of the biggest PC (and console?) releases of the year.
