SEGA has announced that its PC real-time strategy title Universe at War: Earth Assault will now be released in January 2008. No reason for the delay was given.
What this means is that the PC version will now release closer to the Xbox 360 version, also due early in 2008. Universe at War: Earth Assault will be one of the first titles to feature cross platform PC to Xbox 360 play.
The game is set in a near future and will see multiple enemy factions from across the galaxy collide in an intergalactic war on Earth.
