Naughty Dog has shown some new gameplay for Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, the standalone follow up to Uncharted 4. In the video we get to see around 14 minutes of Chloe and Nadine doing their thing as they explore the Western Ghats, take in some of the views, drive a jeep, and even hide in some grass. Yes, there is some neck-snapping, gun-shooting combat too!

The Western Ghats looks brilliantly luscious and green, a beautiful digital representation of the mountain range along the Indian peninsula. The game has a massive environment that the player can explore in the games vehicle of choice, the Jeep. There are quite a few enemy placements dotted about as well, begging for the ladies to infiltrate and kick some ass.

The Lost Legacy focuses on the adventures of both Chloe Frazier and Nadine Ross, taking place deep in the Western Ghats, as Chloe searches for the fabled Tusk of Ganesh. Whereas other Uncharted games explored a plethora of locations, The Lost Legacy focuses on a specific region, and the underlying philosophy and culture.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy is due to release for PS4 on August 22 in North America, and August 23 in the UK.
