The first person mode in Ultra Street Fighter II The Final Challengers on Switch is getting all the attention, but Colour Edit mode is likely to be much more welcome to players looking to bring a smidgen of individuality to their character of choice.

In Colour Edit you can change the colours of any of the game’s characters, saving ten different variations per character. These can then be used in all game modes, including online play.

Some variations seen by Japanese publication Gamer include a green and purple Ryu, black and white Chun-Li, and a white E. Honda.

Gamer also revealed that more than 1400 art book illustrations with 250dpi will be featured on the game card, giving players something to browse when they don’t fancy a fight.

Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers launches for Nintendo Switch later this year.
