Chart Track reports that LucasArts’ Star Wars: The Force Unleashed has entered the All Formats All Prices video game chart at No.1, becoming the 10th fastest-selling game on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The game also becomes the biggest all-formats launch since GTA 4.

48 per cent of all TFU sales were on Xbox 360, 30 per cent on PS3, 15 per cent on Wii and the remainder spread across the PS2, PSP and DS. The game managed to top every single-format chart except the Wii and DS where it charted at No.3 and No.39 respectively.

Renewed stock of Wii Fit and Mario Kart Wii sees both titles surge up the chart to No.2 and No.3 respectively. The Nintendo duo are the only All Formats Top 10 titles to see a week-on-week sales increase.

Other new entries include Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning at No.4 and Crysis Warhead at No.21. Next week look out for Brothers in Arms: Hell’s Highway which should make its presence known at the top of the chart. Other titles likely to feature in the Top 40 include Pure, Civilization Colonization, de Blob, Samba de Amigo, Sonic Chronicles and Warioland: Shake Dimension.
