Lego Star Wars II entered the chart at No.3 last week (before the game’s official street date), and has now shot up two places to top the chart. The PS2 version notched up the second largest sales week of any LucasArts game and is the tenth Star Wars All Formats Chart No.1.

Last week’s Number one Dead Rising slips a place to No.2, with fellow Xbox 360 titles Saints Row and Test Drive Unlimited also dropping a solitary place. New releases outside of the top ten include Tekken Dark Resurrection at No.12 (replaces Gangs of London at the top of the PSP chart), Yakuza at No.20, Ace Combat: The Belkan War at No.31 and Broken Sword: The Angel of Death at No.33.

This week sees a flurry of new releases all expected to do good business. Strong new entries are likely from Just Cause, LMA Manager 2007 and Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07. This week also sees the release of The Godfather on Xbox 360 and PSP, so expect the game to jump back into the top 20.
