Spider-man 3’s three weeks at the top is still two weeks short of its predecessor which managed five weeks when it was released three years ago. The game currently tops the PS2 and PS3 charts with 49% of sales going to PS2 and 19% on PS3.

It’s another strong week for Command & Conquer 3 which holds at No.2, while Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer 6 climbs further up the chart to No.3 thanks to its budget release.

The chart success also continues for Cooking Mama which thanks to the Wii release is riding high at No.5, up one place from last week. The top ten is rounded off with Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 at No.6, FIFA 07 at No.7, Crackdown jumps to No.8 thanks to Halo 3 hype, Brain Training at No.9 and Final Fantasy III at No.10.

The chart should have a bit of a shake-up this coming week with the release of several high profile titles, notably Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End which thanks to the movie should place well. Also coming this Friday is Mario Strikers Charged for Wii, Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops, Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Tales for DS and Crash for PSP.
