Chart Track reports that Nintendo has maintained its hold on the All Prices All Formats video game chart, only now thanks to the rise of Mario Kart Wii – up two places from No.3.
The family friendly multiplayer racer dislodges Wii Fit (down 24%) which falls to No.2. SEGA’s Beijing 2008 climbed ten places to No.3 while its Mario & Sonic title also climbed to spend the week at No.4. Wii Play holds strong at No.5.
There are only two new entries of note: EA’s Madden NFL 09 at No.17 and Summer Athletics from Eidos at No.25.
