Following a turbo-charged debut week, GT5: Prologue is able to hold on for a second week at the top, accounting for 39% of all PS3 software sales.

SEGA's Mario & Sonic is up a single place to No.2, while a 43% fall for Ubisoft's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is enough to see it switch places with the Olympic Games title. PES 2008 on Wii is proving a success, with a sales increase of 34% in its second week helping the multi-format release hold onto fourth place. SEGA's Condemned 2 is the week's highest new entry at No.5 - 67% of sales on the Xbox 360.

SEGA is able to celebrate its third title in the Top 10 with Viking: Battle for Asgard, up two places to No.7. The publisher also has several titles in the Top 20: SEGA Superstars Tennis at No.12 and House of the Dead 2 & 3 Return at No.17.

In contrast to SEGA's current success, EA is unable to claim a single place inside the Top 10, having to make do with a best of No.14 for FIFA 08.

The only other new entry of note is D3Publisher's Dark Sector, which debuts at No.11 on the All Formats All Prices chart - No.4 in the Xbox 360 chart and No.6 in the PS3 chart.

Expect Mario Kart Wii to accelerate directly to the front of the grid next week, with Ubisoft's hugely successful Assassin's Creed also likely to climb back up the chart thanks to the release of the PC and DS versions.
