The top two remain unchanged with Final Fantasy XII on PS2 once again proving too strong for the Xbox 360’s Crackdown. The Top Ten sees two new entries in the form of The Sims 2: Seasons at No.3 and SEGA’s Sonic and the Secret Rings at No.5. Sonic’s Wii debut (Virtual Console aside) also manages to top the Wii chart.

Outside the Top 10, Take 2’s Ghost Rider enters the chart at No.24 in its second week on release. Promotion of the movie could see the game climb further up the chart next week.

Next week sees the release of two real heavy hitters: GTA: Vice City Stories for PS2 and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 for Xbox 360. Both games will be challenging for the top spot and make it hard to envisage Final Fantasy XII taking a third week at No.1.

Friday also sees the release of Bullet Witch, Sid Meier’s Pirates! for PSP, Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis, M.A.C.H., Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin and Dogz 2.
