EA Sports’ FIFA 11 has closed the year at No.1 in the All Formats All Prices UK video game chart, beating Activision’s Call of Duty: Black Ops to the top spot.
FIFA 11 saw a 39 per cent week on week sales fall, but this was good enough to overtake Black Ops which suffered a 45 per cent post-Christmas hangover. EA’s football game denied Black Ops a seventh week at No.1 in 2010.
Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit is at No.3, Just Dance 2 at No.4 and Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood sticks at No.5.
Week 52 also marks a first for Kinect with two titles inside the Top 10 – Kinect Sports jumps to No.6, followed by Dance Central at No.10.

With Kinect for Xbox 360 likely to have been a popular gift this Christmas it’s also no surprise to see its software line-up having an end of year resurgence. Not only are Kinect Sports and Dance Central inside the Top 10, but Your Shape, Kinectimals and Motion Sports also make the Top 40.
