Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls: Ultimate Evil Edition is the UK’s No.1 video game after launching on PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360 last Tuesday.
47 per cent of sales came on PS4, 32 per cent on Xbox One, 13 per cent on Xbox 360 and the rest on PS3. Amazingly, the new edition which includes the Reaper of Souls expansion and original game, is the first title in the franchise to chart in at No.1 in the All Formats UK sales chart – the PC version of Diablo 3 managed only second spot.
The PS4 version is now the biggest selling Diablo 3 console launch, outpacing the original Xbox 360 version by 500 units.
The Last of Us Remastered is booted down to No.2, followed by Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare at No.3 which climbs 15 places thanks to its release on PS3 and PS4.
Bandai Namco claims the week’s second highest new entry with Tales of Xillia 2 at No.10.
FIFA 14 also drops out of the Top 10 for the first time since launch, slipping five places to No.12.

Madden NFL 15 and Metro Redux are new in stores on Friday and we anticipate the budget priced Metro on PS4 and Xbox One will do enough to secure the No.1 spot. Madden was poor in its first next-gen outing so fans may be weary of 15, but the game’s certainly looking a lot better. A Top 5 entry could be on the cards.
