505 Games’ Zumba Fitness has secured its fourth consecutive week at the top of the All Formats All Prices UK video game chart and its seventh week at No.1 in total.

The fitness title made the most of another weak line-up of new releases with nothing new entering the Top 40.

Last week was also good for Codemasters’ DiRT 3 – up to No.2 – which saw a 28 per cent sales increase thanks to strong price promotions. Transformers: Dark of the Moon was once again on the move, with hype around the film and aggressive pricing helping the robot action title up three places to No.3.

Lego Pirates of the Caribbean dropped two places to No.4 and LA Noire followed suit, slipping to No.5. Activision’s Call of Duty: Black Ops is also rejuvenated by the Annihilation DLC, up ten places to No.7.

THQ’s UFC Personal Trainer also had a strong second week, up 27 per cent to No.13.

No surprises this week, but it’s worth noting that Capcom’s Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D has bombed out of the Top 40 from its No.21 debut last week. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D has slipped from No.11 to No.24 in the All Formats chart, but retains its position at the top of the 3DS chart – ahead of Mercenaries.

Next week expect Harry Potter fever to take over as the story of a child/teen/adult wizard and his mates comes to an end. A mid-chart debut for SEGA and Marvel’s Captain America is also likely.
