In addition to a record-breaking launch for the Xbox 360 S, Microsoft is also able to hold onto the UK Video Games Chart No.1 position.
Crackdown 2 saw a 36 per cent fall off in its second week, but still had enough in the tank to beat off Ubisoft’s Dance on Broadway at No.2 – though there’s only 800 units in it.
Lego Harry Potter fell one place to No.3 and Red Dead also slides a place to No.4. The week’s only new entry is Disney’s Toy Story 3 which is new at No.5.
Elsewhere promotions on Alan Wake help the supernatural thriller back up the chart to No.11, while 2K’s BioShock 2 also enjoyed a bump from No.24 to No.12.
There’s little in the way of new releases hitting stores on Friday, with Dragon Quest IX on DS the only game of any significance.
