Call of Duty: Ghosts holds the No.1 position for the third consecutive week and its fifth since launch, edging out FIFA 14 by just 600 units.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is up 70 per cent and climbs to No.3 thanks to attractive price reductions at retail, leaving Battlefield 4 to slip one place to No.4 and Assassin’s Creed 4 down at No.5.

Sony’s Gran Turismo 6 drop 37 per cent in its second week and just about manages to cling on to the Top 10 at No.10, once place above Killzone: Shadow Fall at No.11.

Xbox One software also performed well. Forza 5 was up 11 places to No.15 and Dead Rising 3 managed to surprise with a 43 per cent increase in sales, seeing it charge back into the Top 20 at No.18. SEGA’s Aliens: Colonial Marines benefits from retailer bundling and climbs 38 places to No.33.

Super Mario 3D World drops to No.29.
