Ubisoft’s TMNT entered the chart a few weeks back and since then has been slowly climbing and now finds itself at No.2 in the All Format Chart, just 592 units behind EA’s Command & Conquer 3. C&C3 sees a sales drop of 43%, but just about manages to hold onto the crown for a second week.

New this week is Guitar Hero II at No.5. The game is actually a re-entry, but much of the sales come from the Xbox 360 version which is a new release and tops the Full Price Xbox 360 chart. Brian Lara International Cricket climbs one place to No.3 and EA’s Medal of Honor: Vanguard jumps seven places from No.11 to No.4 thanks to strong PS2 sales.

As expected, Sony’s PS3 big guns continue to slide down the chart: Resistance: Fall of Man finds itself at No.11 with MotorStorm four places lower at No.15.

New releases to look out for in next week’s chart include Hotel Dusk and Pokemon Ranger for Nintendo DS, and Wing Island for Wii, although it’s likely we’ll see more of the battle between C&C3 and TMNT at the top of the chart.
