Chart Track reports that Wii Fit has held on to the top spot in the All Formats All Prices video game chart, taking its life-to-date chart-topping total to 13 weeks. The current record for weeks at No.1 is held by the Eidos published Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, which managed 18 weeks at the top back in 2000/2001.

The week’s only new entry is Atari’s The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. The game makes a splash at No.2 with the bulk of sales on the Xbox 360. EA’s The Godfather II drop 48 per cent and falls one place to No.3, FIFA 09 is down to No.4 and Resident Evil 5 is at No.5.

With the movie opening this week, Activision’s X-Men Origins: Wolverine will be the game to beat in next week’s chart, although its BBFC 18 rating on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC might hinder sales to the movie’s younger audience. Also look out for Gardening Mama, Hannah Montana: The Movie Game and SingStar: Pop Edition.
