UFC Undisputed 2010 has beaten EA’s Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 to the punch, requiring a code found inside the game box in order to activate online play. Buy the game used (without the code) and you’ll need to pay $5 to get online.

The game’s not in stores until next week, but a video of the Xbox 360 version has made it online which shows the online activation process.

THQ has confirmed the video is real.

“This multiplayer content for UFC Undisputed 2010 will be available via a one-time code included with the game at purchase. Codes for accessing the content will be available for second-time buyers for an additional $5,” said the publisher.

UFC Undisputed 2010 is scheduled for release on May 28 for Xbox 360 and PS3.
