The Ubisoft Summer Festival Tour 2008 will be attending high-profile festivals including Hard Rock Calling (Hyde Park, 28th – 29th June), The O2 Wireless Festival (Hyde Park, 3rd – 6th July), Ripcurl Boardmasters (Newquay, 4th – 11th August) and Reading Festival (Reading, 23rd – 26th August).
“We’re really looking forward to playing a part in key festivals this Summer, as it provides a fun and exciting way to get our games in front of many different audiences,” said Jacqui Lennon, the organiser of the Ubisoft Summer Festival Tour. “It also provides people of all ages and gaming abilities the chance to play Ubisoft games.”
A special Ubisoft trailer will be on site at each festival offering festival goers the chance to play a host of upcoming games such as Tom Clancy’s EndWar, Tom Clancy’s HAWX, Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party, SoulCalibur IV and Sports Party.
Ubisoft will also be hosting competitions before and during each of the festivals. Tickets to each of the festivals will be up for grabs in competitions on the Ubisoft Summer Festival Tour myspace page. At the festivals there’ll be exclusive merchandise up for grabs plus the chance to win a 42″ TV, an Xbox 360 and a Nintendo Wii.
