Madcap hospital sim Two Point Hospital is giving all players of the game a bunch of Sega related in-game objects as well as introducing a new illness in the form of Headcrabs from Valve’s Half Life series in an ‘Open Surgery’ free weekend promotion this weekend.

From now until 10am PDT Monday (about 5pm UK time), the game will be available for any Steam user to play for absolutely free, including new additions of furniture from Endless Universe, Total War: Three Kingdoms and Football Manager 2019. The game is also 33% off for anyone who wishes to buy it after the free weekend is over.

All of this is to gear up for the release next week of Two Point Hospital’s new Pebberly Island expansion which was announced a couple of weeks ago and will add 34 new diseases, new weather and new tropical themed locales.
