Capcom has released a Flash-based trial version of Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth for Nintendo DS.
You can play the entire first chapter of the game in a virtual DS further down the page. You’ll have to make do with a mouse to control the game, though, unless you’ve got a fancy touch screen monitor.
Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth is scheduled for release for Nintendo DS on February 19, 2010.
