Ben Affleck’s Batman will face off against Joe Manganiello’s Deathstroke in the first solo Batman outing post Nolan, DC Entertainment president and CEO Geoff Johns has confirmed.

Manganiello is best known as werewolf Alcide from HBO’s True Blood series, but also for his role as a male stripper in the Magoc Mike films.

Affleck had earlier revealed Deathstroke on Twitter, though did not confirm Manganiello as the man in the suit.

Johns declined to comment on whether Deathstroke would also appear in next year’s Justice League movie.

The Batman movie is without a release date, though don’t expect it any sooner than 2018.
