In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the groundbreaking movie, Disney Interactive Studios will release both Tron and Discs of Tron this summer through Xbox Live Arcade.
Tron, which first appeared in 1982, tasks players with completing four increasingly difficult challenging game types, where you’ll battle tank forces, engage in light cycle combat, attack the MCP cone and fight off grid bugs.
Discs of Tron from 1983 puts players face to face with Sark, the defender of the Master Control Program. These battles take place in 3D futuristic arenas and players must move between platforms while throwing energy-charged discs at Sark.
Both games will include the original version plus an enhanced version with new graphics and audio. There are also some new multiplayer games for versus action over Xbox Live.
Look out for both games on Xbox Live Arcade this summer.
