Trine 3: Artifacts of Power is available now on the PlayStation Store, developer FrozenByte has announced.
The studio had recently said it hoped to launch the title prior to Christmas, and it’s managed just that.
“We’ve managed to hit the Christmas launch, so Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power is now available digitally for PS4!” wrote an excited Kai Tuovinen of Frozenbyte.
The game is priced £17.99, with PS Plus members saving 10 per cent on that price until January 6. A Trine Trilogy bundle will also be released “shortly” so hold off buying the third game if you’d rather grab all three.
One thing to note – pointed out by the developer – is that Trine 3 is unable to offer online co-op.
“One thing that I want to be upfront about, is that unlike the previous Trine games on PS4, Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power sadly does not support online co-op due to technical issues. We hope that you’ll still enjoy playing co-op locally though,” explained Tuovinen.
