To celebrate the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops Annihilation, Activision and Treyarch are today hosting a Grudge Match on Xbox LIVE at Treyarch.

Jason Terry of the Dallas Mavericks and Rudy Gay of the Memphis Grizzlies will lead teams in a head-to-head match-up featuring members of the Treyarch development team and Call of Duty: Black Ops fans.

“NBA stars Jason Terry and Rudy Gay are dominating in Black Ops. Fresh off winning an NBA Championship with the Dallas Mavericks, Terry’s been waiting for another real challenge,” wrote a Black Ops blog post. “While both players have proven their Call of Duty legitimacy, we’re bringing them to the Treyarch studio to face off in a head-to-head Grudge Match to decide who has the most skills among two of the best NBA players in the league.”

In addition, Treyarch has confirmed that a Call of Duty: Black Ops Double XP promo starts Friday and will last throughout the holiday weekend.

Black Ops Annihilation is out now for Xbox 360 priced 1200 MS Points.
