Video game analyst Mat Piscatella of The NPD Group has compiled a list of the top 10 best-selling video games in the good old U.S. of A between January 1995, and September 2018, that are exclusive to one system. And every last one of them is on Nintendo hardware.
In the last 23 years, Sega, Microsoft, and Sony have all released a ton of different exclusives on a ton of different consoles, but none of them feature in this wonderful top 10. The list was determined by dollar sales and includes seven Wii games, two DS games, and one N64 classic.
When you read what's below you'll probably go 'ooohhhhhhhh, yeah… riiiiiiiiiight… that makes sense' for each one.
