THQ Nordic has announced a new 3D platformer where your little fella has a red scarf that can do wondrous things like turn into wings, interfere with a tree's roots, and become a hang glider. Cleverly, they didn't call it Little Fella With a Scarf and instead just opted for Scarf.

From the folks at Spanish developer Uprising Studios, Scarf sees you use your polymorphic fashion accessory to solve puzzles and get around the environment, uncovering the story that is probably quite nice and lovely and all that.

To me, it looks like a mix between Rime and Journey. It's obviously going for that sort of vibe, anyway. Judge for yourself by watching the trailer below.

Scarf is scheduled to launch in the curiously large window of winter 2018 / 2019 on PC.
