THQ has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Paradigm Entertainment. The deal was completed on Friday, July 7, 2006. Although the studio is hard at work on Stuntman for next-gen systems, they’re probably best known for their output during the Nintendo 64 era. The studio was responsible for Pilotwings 64, F-1 World Grand Prix, and Beetle Adventure Racing for Nintendo’s system. More recently they’ve developed SpyHunter and Terminator 3: The Redemption.

Details on Stuntman 2 haven’t been released, but we’ll keep you updated on news regarding the game.
