Thimbleweed Park‘s potty-mouthed Ransome the Clown was unquestionably a highlight of Ron Gilbert’s delightful mystery game, although admittedly it would have been nice to actually hear what he was saying beneath those plentiful *beeps*.

Well, thanks to a new update available on Windows, Mac, and Linux, you can do just that. The Ransome Unbeeped DLC costs just £1.69/$1.99 on Steam and GOG and removes the censorship for the Clown’s dialogue, allowing you to hear it in all its expletive glory.

Sadly it looks like consoles won’t be getting in on the action, as rating issues prevent the update from rolling out for other versions of the game. Be sure to watch a trailer for the DLC below to get an idea of what’s in store.
