Cyberpunk 2077's massive open-world will not feature any pesky loading screens, its associate design director has revealed.

Speaking with fans during a Discord chat (via Spieltimes), Kyle Rowley said that players won't encounter any loading screens whatsoever after the game's initial boot up.

This is pretty good to hear, even more so due to the fact Cyberpunk 2077 features a pretty dense open-world. Players can enter multiple buildings, more so than any other CD Projekt RED title to date, so it's not as if you're just wondering around a city with nothing to interact with.

'No loading screens after the initial load into the game,' commented Rowley.

Cyberpunk 2077 was showcased during E3 in detail for the first time since its 2013 reveal, although we still don't know when the game will actually hit stores. The sci-fi epic is in development for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One.

Our E3 Man on the Ground, Ian Dransfield, got an extended look at Cyberpunk 2077 last week but was a little more cautious about his expectations. Read his thoughts here.
