First-person psychological thriller The Town of Light is coming to Xbox One later this year, independent developer LKA.it has announced. The game had previously only been confirmed for PC.

Set during the 1930s, The Town of Light tells the story of 16-year old girl Renee as she relives her time at a psychiatric asylum “through her confused viewpoint”. The game’s story will also “develop in different ways” based on player choices, the developer says.

“We are really excited to start working with Microsoft in bringing Renee’s story to the Xbox audience,” commented creative director Luca Dalco. “Thanks to the amazing support id@XBOX is giving to us since we enrolled in the program we already working to deliver the best possible experience.”

The Town of Light launches on Steam on February 26. An exact release date for the Xbox One version has yet to be announced.
