Konami has announced the autumn 2010 release of Hudson Soft’s A Shadow’s Tale for Wii. The game was previously known as The Tower of Shadow.
The game is described as a platform game with a twist, with players controlling the shadow of a young boy. The shadow has one purpose in life: to scale the colossal tower that dominates the game’s skyline. To do this players will need to make use of the light that is cast over the game’s stages.
The mysterious shadow boy is accompanied by a winged sylph known as a ‘Spangle’, which can be used to manipulate physical items, such as metal work, that the shadow boy cannot.
A Shadow’s Tale is set for release this autumn.
