The Quiet Man will launch on PlayStation 4 and PC on November 1, Square Enix has announced.

Developed by Human Head Studios, The Quiet Man has caught a lot of attention for its combination of live-action footage and CGI, something which has attracted a few raised eyebrows considering it's been done before in the past with mixed results.

One interesting aspect is that The Quiet Man can apparently be completed in just one sitting, with its story taking place across a single night. The game follows deaf protagonist Dane, who attempts to unearth the motives of a mysterious masked man who has kidnapped a songstress named Lala.

You can also grab a bunch of extra goodies if you buy the game from November 1-15, including a PS4 dynamic theme and eight PlayStation Network avatars.

The Quiet Man will set you back £11.99/$14.99 when it arrives digitally in early November.
