It seems that everyone loves the Wii, and we really do mean everyone. According to UK Tabloid The People, The Queen has been playing with Nintendo’s breakthrough video game console.
According to the paper’s source The Queen “thought the Nintendo looked tremendous fun and begged to join in.” The console had been bought for Prince William by his girlfriend Kate Middleton. The Queen has reportedly been playing the bowling game found in the Wii’s bundled game Wii Sports.
Nintendo has already used a number of celebrities to advertise its consoles, most notably Patrick Stewart and Nicole Kidman, but can anything compete with the might of The Queen?
