The next Call of Duty game is Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, according to a report from Eurogamer.
The leak itself comes from Okami13_, a Call of Duty leaker, and Eurogamer asserts that this title matches the one it has been supplied from its own trusted sources.

Of course, the next Call of Duty game isn’t going to use this artwork, but it gets the point across. Moreover, Call of Duty Warzone now has vaults that have telephones inside their bunkers. These telephones play a message in Russian, which translates to: “All forces, the base is captured! Change the encryption!” “Right away!” “Roger.” “…They’re getting closer!” Other players have discovered nukes inside other bunkers, and other players have clipped through walls to find a spy plane reminiscent of the Cold War.
Some of the telephones in Call of Duty Warzone now ring, giving some sort of secret message or code…
