Bethesda has announced that Shirley Curry, who you might know better as Skyrim grandma, will be immortalised as an NPC in The Elder Scrolls VI.

Remember the petition late last year to get Curry in the upcoming fantasy-flavoured RPG? Well, it worked! Todd Howard confirmed the news during the livestream for the 25th anniversary of The Elder Scrolls, stating 'she will be immortalised in the game.'

Curry was also lucky enough to visit Bethesda Towers, where she met Howard and was scanned in 3D to prepare for her inclusion in Elder Scrolls VI.

The petition to get Curry in the next Elder Scrolls game came after Bethesda revealed the title wouldn't be out for some time, to which Curry responded she 'probably won't get to play it.' She is currently 82, after all, and predicted she'll be about 88 by the time Elder Scrolls VI comes out.

As a result, fans flocked to Change.org to start up a petition to get her in the game, which obviously worked a charm.

While on the subject, Elder Scrolls VI will not be at E3, so get your helps up.
