An open beta for The Crew will be available to download on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 next week, Ubisoft has announced, letting all current-gen players try out the online racer ahead of its release on December 2.
Starting Tuesday, November 25 and ending Thursday, November 27, the beta will let players explore the entire United States and compete in challenges from two of the five regions in the game – the Midwest and East Coast.
PvP lobbies will also be available for those wanting to try out the game’s competitive multiplayer.
Ubisoft has yet to confirm, however, whether players will be able to transfer their progress over to the final game. We’ve contacted the publisher to try and get an answer.
An open beta for the Xbox 360 and PC versions has not been announced.
The Crew launches on December 2 on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4 and PC.
