Well apparently one fashion related tie-in was not enough for today, as EA has also issued a press release to tell us about their partnership with clothing brand ASOS for the launch of Need for Speed Payback.

We’re told that EA and ASOS worked together on the game, which is ostensibly about cars, to ‘not only set the look and feel for the game, but to also bring the cool and rebellious style of Payback to life outside of it.’ ASOS designed the in-game clothing choices of each character to not only reflect the tone of the game, but ‘also their unique personalities.’

I’m not entirely sure exactly how “unique” these personalities can be if Tyler the Racer, Mac the Showman and Jess the Wheelman can be defined by their role, but I digress.)

Regardless, ASOS have also produced an original menswear t-shirt, that Tyler wears in the game, that you’ll be able to buy in real life from their website, should you so desire. As a bonus a ‘limited amount of game boxes’ will also contain a 20% discount code off a single purchase from the store.

Need for Speed Payback releases on November 10 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC
