Nicalis and Headup Games have announced that the physical version of The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ is now available to buy on the Nintendo Switch. Every launch edition of Afterbirth+ comes with two limited edition sticker sheets, a retro-styled 20-page manual and a reversible cover.

The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ comes with plenty of content, featuring over 600 items and weapons, 20 animated endings, 13 playable characters and 90 bosses. Plenty to get your teeth into then.

The Binding of Isaac is a randomly generated action-shooter with RPG and Rogue-like gameplay elements. Players take control of Isaac on his journey into the depths of the basement as he tries to escape from his religious fanatic mother, who’s obsessed with sacrificing him to God. Players will find a number of bizarre treasures and power-ups that’ll change Isaac, granting superhuman abilities as he fights the oncoming swarm of monsters, and mysterious creatures, before eventually facing off against his mother.

The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ is out now on Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One and PC.
