The Amazing Spider-Man 2 on Xbox One will come to UK retail in early May

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 for Xbox One will arrive in UK retail stores “in early May,” Activision confirmed in a press release today.

Bizarrely the web-slinging sequel on Xbox One dropped off the release schedule with no explanation, only to appear on the Xbox One digital store on the day of release. All other versions arrived in stores as planned.

Activision still hasn’t said what caused the delayed retail release for the game.
