Since the recent NCsoft lawsuit being placed against firms Bluehole and En Masse Entertainment over code and assets allegedly stolen from MMO Lineage 3, En Masse has stated the company “outright rejects” the allegations.

According to publishing vice president Chris Lee, this lawsuit will not stop the North American release of MMO TERA, stating on the official forum:

“This situation has no impact on our continuing efforts to realize the vision we have for our game. We are committed to making TERA awesome and delivering the game to you on time on May 1st.”

En Masse has already begun mapping out its region-based IP blocking in order to fight gold farming and hackers.

Despite complaints from NCsoft, the game is already available in Korea.
