Thanks to a systems failure this week, the En Masse online store did not send out beta keys for the second wave of testing to those who pre-ordered upcoming MMO TERA.
The firm is currently working on a way for players to receive beta invites.
An issue with beta codes was discovered earlier in the month as well, when those who pre-ordered the physical Collector’s Edition found retailers were not issuing the keys.
The first of five closed beta tests runs February 17 through April 15.
