Hopeful users who have pre-ordered physical Collector’s Editions of the upcoming MMO TERA have found they are unable to access the code for the game’s closed beta.

Explaining the issue, publisher En Masse has stated codes were “only recently conveyed to retailers,” and they are working to correct the issue. They are also in the process of speaking with retailers to try and speed up the process.

En Masse will be providing updates regarding pre-order availability of the physical Collector’s Editions, as well as which retailer to pre-order from.

Users who pre-order digitally, however, have had no issue with beta keys.

This is another addition to the list of difficulties TERA has experienced since legal action was placed against the makers of the game for allegedly stealing code and artwork from Lineage 3.

The first of five closed beta tests begins February 17 through to April 15.
