The Walking Dead: The Final Season is bringing the curtains down on Clementine's journey in the narrative-driven zombie series, but that doesn't mean we've seen the last of the popular episodic franchise.

Speaking at the San Diego Comic-Con this week, IGN quizzed Kent Mudle, Creative Director at Telltale Games, if the developer was closing the door on future collaborations with the brand, seeing as how this new game is called The Final Season.

In response, Mudle neither confirmed or denied this was the case: 'This season is the end of Clementine’s journey, and that’s as much as I’ll say on that,' he said.

The Walking Dead: The Final Season will launch on August 14 for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One, and releases on Switch later in the year. Telltale Games released a new trailer just yesterday, so have a butcher's at it to see what Clem's up to in her final outing.

Telltale launched The Walking Dead back in 2012 and it has since gone on to sell over 50 million copies worldwide.
