Telltale Games has suggested that development of The Walking Dead: The Final Season may yet be completed, following news that the company is winding down following a series of major layoffs.
At the time, Telltale didn't comment on the status of The Walking Dead: The Final Season, although various sources, including voice actress Melissa Hutchinson, indicated that the series would be cancelled following the release of episode two.
However, the studio has now addressed the topic on Twitter, stating it is 'actively working' towards a solution that will see Clementine's final adventure completed.
Nothing has been set in stone yet, although we're promised more information soon. Hopefully things will work out and we'll get to see episodes three and four, which were originally scheduled for release on November 6 and December 18, respectively.
