Beginning today, players will be able to battle and triumph over the new Pokémon Spirits to add them to their Spirit Board. In addition, besting the new Spirits will award higher Spirit Points for each encounter. The Pokémon included are Morpeko, Corviknight, the starters Scorbunny, Grookey, and Sobble, and the legendaries Zacian and Zamazenta. In my humble opinion, Scorbunny and Zamazenta are the best of the bunch, but I suppose you can catch ‘em all if you like.
The new Spirit Board event will end on November 26. It’s only fitting that Smash and Pokémon cross over, as Pokémon Sword and Shield eclipsed Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s launch week sales and broke its record.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Pokémon Sword and Shield are out now for the Nintendo Switch.
