Super Smash Bros. for Wii U will now release across Europe on November 28, Nintendo has announced, one week earlier than its originally planned December 5 launch.

“You know how we said Super #SmashBros. for #WiiU would arrive in December in Europe? Change of plan: 28/11/2014” Tweeted Nintendo UK.

The change of date also applies to the Super Smash Bros. for Wii U + GameCube Controller Adapter for Wii U, the Nintendo GameCube Controller – Super Smash Bros. Edition and the GameCube Controller Adapter for Wii U bundled with the game.

The Super Smash Bros. for Wii U + Mario amiibo bundle will still launch on December 5, which is odd given Wave One amiibo characters are still set to arrive on November 28.
