She Bangs the Drum, one of The Stone Roses’ best loved songs, will be included in the track list for Activision’s Guitar Hero III.

The announcement was made during the Festival’s public day at the Odeon, Lothian Road, Edinburgh, which also provided the first opportunity for the public this side of the Atlantic to witness the new boss battles and multiplayer modes. At the screening, the new wireless guitars were also premiered to the UK audience.

Zach Fountain, General Manager, RedOctane Europe said that Edinburgh was the perfect place to unveil one of our UK-originated songs.” He also noted that at Games Convention Leipzig next week a whole new batch of European songs will be announced.
